Now Hiring: Receptionist - Night Responder
Department: Administrative
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: 5p-12a, 8a-12a every other weekend
We’re seeking a dependable receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the face of the facility by operating the phone, intercom, and paging systems
Make rounds to ensure all is running smoothly on the premises.
Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly environment
Maintain accurate visitor logs and assist with front desk security procedures
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal communication skills
A positive, professional attitude and a team-first mindset
Physical Requirements:
This role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance). Reasonable accommodations are available.
