The Parking Guys is hiring Parking Managers to lead our team at a large data center campus in the Whitehaven / Airport area of Memphis. You'll oversee attendants across four lots on the same campus and keep operations running smoothly every shift.
These are SET SCHEDULES – same days, same hours, every week. We want leaders who will build a consistent, dependable team.
Available shifts:
- Weekday Morning: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Weekday Evening: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekend Morning: Friday – Sunday, 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Weekend Evening: Friday – Sunday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
What you'll do:
- Supervise and support parking attendants across four lots
- Make sure every post is covered at the start of each shift
- Handle call-outs, coverage gaps, and on-the-spot problem solving
- Train new attendants on site procedures and safety
- Communicate with site contacts and report daily to leadership
- Keep traffic flowing safely during peak shift changes
What we're looking for:
- 1 year supervising in parking, valet, security, or a similar field
- Reliable transportation (shifts start at 4:00 AM)
- Can commit to a set schedule for at least 6 months
- Strong communicator who leads by example
- Able to pass a background check
- 18 years or older
