Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
- Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools to clear blockages and prevent future problems.
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to job sites.
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to interpret project requirements and ensure precise installation or repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work.
- Troubleshoot water systems, HVAC components related to plumbing, and other related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Support construction site activities by coordinating with team members on schematics interpretation and construction site experience.
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation or repair projects.
- Skilled in drain cleaning, use of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems along with understanding of local building codes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret technical data accurately.
- Experience with construction site activities including remodeling, assembly, heavy lifting, and working at heights if necessary.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems related to plumbing components is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
