The Admission Liaison ensures smooth operations, maintain up-to-date facility information, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Position Qualifications:
- 2 year(s): in a skilled-nursing facility in the Admission Department is required.
- Possess a high positive energy with a polished and professional appearance
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- A strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance processes is necessary.
- Proactive personality with the ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Stellar customer service, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible
- Must be detail-oriented, able to handle a fast-paced environment, have critical thinking skills and a pro at time management
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
