We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, providing care for residents in our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.

  • Administer medications, including IVs.
  • Take and record vital signs.
  • Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
  • Communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and other healthcare professionals.
