Job Description for Medical Records/Infection Control LVN at the Paramout Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education. (Bilingual skills a plus).< / li> < h 3 > Key Responsibilities:< / h 3 >< ul class ="list1">< li >Supervise CNAs to ensure quality patient care.< / li >/ulYou must have a strong ability to work in fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, compassion, empathy and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.Furthermore,you will need knowledge on infection control practices.
Salary : $52,000 - $82,000
