• Location: Lynbrook, NY (In-Office)
• Department: Customer Support, reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor

Core Duties & Responsibilities

The primary focus is on clerical support, accurate data entry, and file management for the Service and Alterations teams.

• Estimate Production: Type initial estimates and revisions
• Document Distribution: Send estimates to general contractors and customers via email
• Filing & Organization: Create and maintain physical folders and filing cabinet organization
• Data Entry: Work on basic Excel spreadsheets
• Support: Provide occasional coverage for the reception desk

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Typing/Speed: Must be able to type 50 WPM
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and strong people skills for effective customer service
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
• Soft Skills: Display effective problem-solving and maintain composure in a high-volume, demanding environment
• Education: High School Diploma required

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000
