The Salesperson will provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers, helping them find the perfect items for any occasion. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store cleanliness and displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring checkout transactions run smoothly. The Salesperson will actively participate in meeting sales goals and promoting new products and brands. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Venice, FL.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships
- Ability to effectively operate a point-of-sale system and handle financial transactions accurately
- Team collaboration skills to contribute positively to a dynamic retail environment
- Attention to detail for restocking, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store presentation
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
