Role Description The Keyholder is a part-time, on-site retail position located in DeWitt, NY. This role supports daily store operations by opening and closing the store, securing premises, and following company policies and procedures. The Keyholder assists with sales floor leadership, including guiding team members, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring that displays and product presentations are inviting and organized. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging customers, processing transactions, handling returns, replenishing stock, and helping maintain a clean and safe environment. The Keyholder also supports store management with basic supervisory tasks as needed, such as monitoring customer flow, helping resolve issues, and promoting a positive, service-focused culture.
