The Distribution Center Operations Coordinator is a full-time role that provides structured coordination and administrative support to the Distribution Center Director and leadership team. The Operations Coordinator helps translate leadership direction into organized execution by aligning schedules, coordinating activities across teams, and maintaining visibility into key priorities and commitments. This role reduces administrative burden on leadership, allowing managers to remain focused on driving performance, managing teams, and achieving operational results.
The Operations Coordinator maintains a professional, approachable presence in the building and supports an environment that is organized, communicative, and operationally disciplined.
What you’ll do
Leadership & Operational Coordination
Support the Distribution Center Director and leadership team by coordinating calendars, meetings, and daily priorities
Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings
Ensure follow-through on decisions, action items, and commitments made by leadership
Support organization of competing priorities and help surface conflicts or misalignment for resolution
Daily Operations Coordination
Support coordination of daily Distribution Center operations by aligning schedules, priorities, and resources across teams
Help translate operational priorities into daily execution across departments
Assist in ensuring plans are clearly communicated and executed across shifts
Support operational flow during changing priorities, peak periods, or high-volume conditions
Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a coordination point between Distribution Center leadership, corporate partners, and internal teams
Support consistent communication of priorities, updates, and expectations across functions
Coordinate information flow across departments to ensure alignment and reduce gaps in execution
Help ensure communication reaches all shifts and teams consistently
Operational Reporting & Visibility
Support preparation of operational updates, summaries, and reports for leadership review
Maintain visibility into key initiatives, priorities, and follow-through across the building
Organize information so leadership can quickly assess status, progress, and outstanding needs
Identify delays, risks, or breakdowns in execution and escalate to appropriate leadership
Safety Coordination & Operational Support
Coordinate scheduling of required safety training and communicate upcoming training needs
Track completion of required safety certifications to support operational readiness
Support leadership visibility into training completion and gaps
Schedule safety meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute recaps
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience Support
Support consistency and follow-through on efforts that contribute to an inclusive, productive, and respectful Distribution Center environment
Coordinate and support recognition efforts, including tenure milestones and career progression moments
Organize logistics for culture and employee experience activities aligned with operational priorities
Assist in planning and coordination of team member events without disrupting business operations
Support visibility and communication of key initiatives across all shifts and departments
Process Improvement Support
Identify gaps in execution, inefficiencies, or breakdowns in processes and escalate to leadership
Support coordination and organization of process improvement efforts
Assist in implementing improvements through scheduling, communication, and follow-through

Gaps, delays, or risks are identified early and escalated appropriately
Demonstrates flexibility and a team-first mindset by actively supporting operational needs on the floor as required, including assisting in functional departments during peak periods
Who You Are
1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles (distribution or warehouse experience preferred)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across different levels of the organization
Proactive and comfortable identifying gaps and following through on execution
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment
Professional, approachable, and able to maintain appropriate confidentiality when needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and stand/walk up to 6 consecutive hours.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and extended hours during seasonal peaks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn internal systems
Ability to work on-site at the Distribution Center in Leominster, MA
