What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administration/Legal Assistant position at The Pangere Corporation?
We are looking for a full-time legal/administrative assistant. The candidate will be responsible for supporting personnel, who develop, build, and manage construction projects.
The candidate will be responsible for the following primary duties:
- Review contract and purchase order agreements, certificates of insurance, compliance with insurance coverage, waivers, indemnification agreements.
- Review and understanding of AIA contracts and documents
- Review construction specifications for general requirements and contract requirements
- Prepare, generate, distribute and record contracts and other forms and documents necessary
- General clerical duties include answering phone, faxing, mail distribution, filing and travel coordination
- Manage both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Data Entry
- Process vendor/subcontractor subcontracts, purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in the accounting department as needed
- Assist in the public bidding process as needed
- Provide assistance in various duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must be extremely organized, time efficient and have a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication both verbal and written
- Detail oriented
- Paralegal Certificate
