Role Description
Travel Agency - Client Services Coordinator — The Pampered Tourist® (Part-Time)
We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team and help deliver the seamless, personalized, white-glove experience our clients expect.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and excited to learn the travel industry from the ground up, with real room to grow within the agency.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, text, and email with warmth and professionalism
- Research travel options (flights, hotels, transportation, cruises, tours, and dining) to match each client's preferences
- Help prepare and maintain accurate, well-organized itineraries
- Coordinate with our trusted suppliers and partners to confirm arrangements
- Securely handle client information following our privacy and data protection standards
- Support pre-travel packet prep, event coordination, and other on-site administrative tasks at our Glastonbury, CT office
- Provide occasional out-of-office coverage for client emergencies
- Participate in ongoing training to build your travel industry knowledge
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Tech-savvy, with ease using Outlook, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Prior client-facing experience (retail, admin, customer service, or similar) preferred
- Travel industry experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach you
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet, a smartphone, and a quiet home workspace for on-camera meetings
