Overview
The Pallet Source is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as general Laborers. Employees will assist with pallet repair, painting, sorting, and loading while maintaining a safe and productive work and environment. We are looking for team members who are reliable, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Paint Pallets according to their designated color codes.
- Repair and assemble pallets using hand and power tools are an option.
- Use rebar to align and straighten pallet stacks for safe loading onto trailers and flatbeds.
- Load and unload pallets from trailers and flatbed trucks.
- Operate basic tools safely, including: Hammer, Power Drill, Nail Gun, Grinder, and a Blower to take off debris on pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic tools and machinery.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including proper PPE use.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team.

- Social Security card or documentation authorizing employment in the United States.
Work Attire
Employees are expected to report to work wearing:
