Pallet Builder / Warehouse Production Worker
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pallet Builder / Warehouse Production Worker to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties:
- Build and repair wooden pallets using hammers and nail guns
- Cut lumber using saws and other production equipment
- Stack and organize lumber and finished pallets
- Tear down damaged pallets using a pallet teardown machine
- Repetitively lift and move materials weighing approximately 25–50 lbs
- Remain on your feet and physically active throughout the workday
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with other employees to keep production moving safely and efficiently
Schedule:
- 5:30 AM start time
- Monday through Thursday
- Fridays as needed depending on workload
- Full-time, year-round work
Requirements:
- Must be able to repetitively lift 25–50 lbs
- Must be comfortable standing and working on your feet throughout the shift
- Able to perform repetitive physical work
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Maintain good awareness of surroundings in an active production environment
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Safety is extremely important in our facility. We are looking for someone who stays aware of their surroundings, follows procedures, keeps their work area clean, works well with others, and takes pride in doing the job correctly.
This is a steady, long-term position for someone who is dependable and comfortable with physical production work.
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
