Position Summary:

CNA’s provide routine daily care to assigned patients/residents in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by a nurse/supervisor.

Qualifications: If you meet the below – please apply!

• Current state CNA - Certified Nurisng Assistant license
• Active and current Basic Life Skills (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Responsibilities:

• Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations
• Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered (typically under the direction and supervision of a charge or Registered Nurse)
• Ensures patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure
• Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients ensuring quality services are provided

Independent Living offers social activities,nutritious meals, housekeeping services and care as needed. Assisted Living is for those requiring 24/7 care and a personalized care plan. Skilled Nursing is available for residents who are transitioning from a hospital stay and are in need of rehabilitation or more long term care. Memory Care specializes in loving and compassionate assistance for your loved one who suffers from Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
