What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing - OASIS and Notes Processor (Broward) position at The Palace at Home?
Summary:
Responsible for the proper review of all OASIS document before entering them in Home Health Software
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include some or all of the following:
- Responsible for receiving all OASIS documents.
- Must verify completeness and accuracy of all OASIS.
- Responsible for comparing OASIS to Sign-up reports and POC’s in order to ensure consistency.
- Responsible for monitoring improvement and consistency upon receiving DC OASIS forms.
- Make all necessary corrections as needed.
- Will provide support to the POC processor as needed.
- Monitor that all OASIS are received as per CMS guidelines
- Enters all OASIS information in Home Health Software
- Any other necessary task as assigned by Management
Supervisor Responsibilities:
None
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Home Health Experience preferred.
Language Skills:
Candidate must possess good communication skills.
Mathematical Skills:
Basis math skills required.
Reasoning Ability:
Candidate must be able to work under pressure and multi task, a self motivated and resourceful individual who is able to effectively deal with people.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
LPN/RN
