Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-orientated Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is humble, organized, enjoys working with people, and has strong communication skills. This role provides vital administrative support to endure our customers and team members have a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide friendly, helpful support to customers, vendors, and internal team members
- Schedule appointments and assist with job coordination
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and general office paperwork
- Support marketing, estimating and workflow documentation as needed
- Learn and use industry-specific software and apps
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Basic Job Requirments
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
- Comfortable working in a small, family-owned business environment
- Drug testing and background check required prior to employment
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new software and apps
- Previous office or customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience answering phones in a professional setting (preferred but not required)
- Experience with scheduling or CRM software is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- $19-$23 per hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00
