General Summary/Purpose
The role of a Private Wealth Relationship Manager is both business development and relationship management targeting the high net worth/high income bank client. Specific focus is given to the area of personal and business banking needs, while looking for opportunities to partner with other Wealth Management professionals within the bank for Investment and Trust solutions. The Private Wealth Relationship Manager works closely with support staff to deliver a high level of service to the client and their families by providing custom, tailored banking and Wealth Management solutions throughout all stages of their lives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
#1 New Relationship Acquisition
Originate new relationships with high net worth and high income clients including generation of new loans and deposits. Percentage of time: 30 %
#2 Relationship Development
Cross-sell all services offered in Wealth Management including Trust Services, Paducah Financial Consultants and Treasury Management. Percentage of time: 20 %
#3 Community Involvement
Maintain a presence in the community by participating in service organizations, serving on Boards and being visible in the community. Percentage of time: 20 %
#4 Relationship Servicing
Servicing relationships of existing clients and seeking out new opportunities to grow those relationships.
Percentage of time: 30 %
Qualifications:Education, Training and Skills Required
