Position Overview
Pacha New York is looking for a skilled and guest-focused Seasonal Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
This role is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring seamless bar operations while maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations. Working as part of a dynamic bar team, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience through service excellence and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest interactions.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and promote menu specials.
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks to a high standard.
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Monitor and maintain bar stock levels, ensuring all supplies are replenished.
- Conduct basic inventory checks to support smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment.
- Ensure full compliance with NYC DOH food and beverage regulations.

Minimum Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume bartending, including cocktail preparation.
- Valid NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate required.
- Current TIPS certification required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
