The Oxford Kitchen in Lodi is seeking an experienced part-time Line Cook to work on the line and work with other team members. Oxford is a Modern British and New American Restaurant serving food from the streets of London.
Part-time job on weekend and evenings from 4 pm to 10 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Approximately about 24 to 25 hours per week.
This position responsibilities and duties includes:
- Setup and manage the line and work as team member.
- Handle high demand kitchen
- Work as a team member and take directions from other team members
- Ensuring food quality meets company standard
- Avoid wastage
- Inventory Controls
Minimum Requirements:
- Has a strong passion for the Food and Beverage industry
- Can draw from previous restaurant experience to quickly solve problems and lead day to day shift activities.
- Minimum four years of experience
- Team Player
- Must be able to work evening and weekends shifts.
- Team Player and Communication Skills
