What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential and light commercial cleaning
- Deep cleans, standard maintenance cleans, and move-outs
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards
- Using company-provided equipment, supplies, and vehicles
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
- Making sure every job is done right before leaving
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior cleaning experience preferred (residential or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail – you notice what others miss
- Pride in your work and a strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability (weekday availability is important)
- Valid driver’s license as you will be driving a company vehicle
- Ability to be on your feet, bend, lift, and work with cleaning equipment
