Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide ABA services to children with autism and other developmental needs, primarily at The Owen Academy in Durant, OK, with some flexibility for work from home in a hybrid arrangement. This full-time role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs. The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians, monitor treatment fidelity, analyze data, and adjust plans to ensure progress toward goals. The role includes collaborating with families and caregivers through parent education, providing regular updates, and supporting generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings. The BCBA will also participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, maintain clear documentation, and uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of care.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management to support effective intervention strategies and client-centered care.
• Candidates should possess Parent Education skills to coach caregivers, communicate progress, and promote skill generalization in home and community settings.
• Active BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
• Experience working with children with autism or related developmental conditions in clinical, school, or home settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Comfort with electronic data collection and basic technology tools used for documentation and telehealth support.
