We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director for our Senior Living community. Duties
- Lead the overall management of the community, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee project management initiatives aimed at improving services and facilities.
- Foster a positive environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff to achieve organizational goals effectively.
- Engage in business development activities to expand service offerings and enhance community relations.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
