Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Concierge Overnight, working from 11PM to 7AM! As a key part of our resort or hotel operations, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our guests feel welcomed, safe, and well-cared for during overnight hours. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create memorable stays for our diverse guests while maintaining smooth front desk operations during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and warmly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Manage guest requests such as room changes, special accommodations, or troubleshooting issues with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring guest safety throughout the overnight shift.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and resolve any issues swiftly.
• Keep detailed records of guest interactions, incidents, and shift reports to ensure smooth handovers between team members.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles is highly preferred; resort or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international clientele effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during overnight hours.
• Knowledge of hospitality systems, reservation software, or property management systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism during busy or challenging situations.
