We are currently seeking a Garage Door Technician to install, service, and repair residential garage doors and openers. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills. Residential garage door installation experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair residential garage doors and openers
- Assist with commercial overhead door installation and service work
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues
- Work safely using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Document work completed and communicate with the office team
Qualifications
- Residential garage door installation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments
- Comfortable working at heights when required
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
