We are seeking a ( Skilled ) team leader(s). The ideal candidate will have experience in fast paced kitchen. Food preparation lists/tasks and needs for daily operation. Understand ordering and vendors we use. If you are passionate about culinary arts and enjoy a creative work environment, we would love to hear from you.

## Responsibilities
~Working weekends and nights
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures

## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or catering environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- TOAST POS Knowledge, Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
