Job Description: Food Expeditor

Skills Required:

The Food Expeditor will be responsible for ensuring that all food orders are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in food expo and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure that all food orders are prepared correctly and on time
• Inspect all food orders to ensure that they meet quality standards
• Communicate with servers and other staff to ensure that food is delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a food expeditor or similar role is helpful, but we can train
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
