The Outlaw Injury Attorneys and Sue My Landlord are two Colorado law firms with one mission: standing up for people who need someone in their corner. The Outlaw Injury Attorneys represent people injured in car accidents and other incidents caused by someone else’s negligence. Sue My Landlord fights for tenants dealing with unsafe housing, withheld deposits, illegal evictions, and other landlord disputes. We are a close-knit, compassionate team, and our caseload is growing. We are hiring an additional Intake Specialist to be the first voice our potential clients hear when they reach out for help. Please note - We are currently located in Greenwood Village, but will be moving to Lakewood, CO 80215 in Q1 of 2027.
Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
• Monitor, review and respond to incoming inquiries, phone calls, web leads, and messages from potential clients for both firms, assessing the fit of their cases while ensuring they feel acknowledged, understood and valued
• Document every intake accurately in our case management system and track key metrics, including calls, qualified leads, consultations, and referral sources
• Request police reports, incident reports, and other early case documents as needed
• Screen leads for case type and conflicts of interest so that qualified cases reach our legal team quickly
• Prepare and send onboarding documents, and follow up until they are signed
• Collaborate with the marketing team to accurately track and manage case lead analytics
• Provide referrals, free resources, and declination letters when we are not the right fit
• Follow up with leads who have not scheduled, missed a consultation, or have not yet signed, so the door stays open when they are ready
Qualifications:
• Prior customer service, call center, sales, or client-facing experience
• Excellent phone presence and a naturally empathetic, patient, listening style
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to pick out the important facts in a conversation
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple leads at once, and meeting response time goals
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with computers, email, and data entry
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelors degree is a plus
Preferred but not required:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience at a law firm, especially in personal injury, landlord and tenant, or another plaintiff-side practice (not required; we will train the right person)
• Experience with case management or CRM software, particularly data tracking and reporting
