Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all content published across company websites.
  • Add, update, and remove content as required.
  • Maintain consistency in formatting, branding, and presentation.
  • Ensure website content remains accurate, professional, and user-friendly.
  • Maintain product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, features, and technical details.
  • Publish new product launches and updates.
  • Verify accuracy of product-related information prior to publication.
  • Upload and maintain product images, videos, brochures, catalogs, installation manuals, spec sheets, and other supporting documents.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries for easy access and retrieval.
  • Ensure all downloadable resources are current and functional.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website content requests.
  • Communicate content changes and website updates to relevant departments.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
  • Monitor website functionality related to content presentation.
  • Ensure product categorization, navigation, filtering, and search functionality remain accurate.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing website content, product information, digital assets, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct content inaccuracies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written communication and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient with, Google Workspace, and digital file management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to content management.
  • Experience managing content within WordPress and Shopify
  • Experience with digital asset management and file organization best practices.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving marketing, sales, engineering, and operations teams.
