The Ostolaza Residence is looking for a CNA/ Caregiver (Certification not required) to provide hands-on care for our clients! We are a small family-oriented personal care home that is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! Location: Small Personal Care Home in Evans, Georgia.
What you'll do:
- Provide hands-On Care for Clients.
- Work Independently.
- Ability to Exercise Flexibility.
- Initiate Good Judgment and Use Discretion.
- Handle Meal Preparation.
- Providing Companionship and Social Interaction.
- Handle Groceries and Errands When Appropriate.
- Transportation (Doctor’s Appointments, Errands, etc. If needed)
- Assist With Feeding.
- Assist With Bathing.
- Housekeeping Duties.
- Manage and Administer Medication.
- Take Clients’ Vitals and Give Daily Reports.
- Able to lift up to 180 lbs.
What you bring:
- Experience working with elderly residents, dementia care, or personal care home environments is strongly preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and caregiving skills
- Ability to lift, move, or transfer residents as needed
Other Requirements:
- Must pass background check and health screening as required by state regulations
- Must maintain professional appearance, conduct, and hygiene
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays if needed)
Work Environment:
Small-home setting focused on personalized care for residents; teamwork and compassionate interaction are essential.
