Pay Rate: $36.18 – $38.43 per hour

The Osborn, a premier senior living community located in Rye, NY, is seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document resident conditions, promptly reporting changes to the RN or physician
Support ADLs and promote resident comfort and dignity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
What We’re Looking For:
Current LPN license in the state of New York
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed
