Home Health Aide (HHA) – Assisted Living
Location: Rye, NY | Pay: $20.42/hour | Schedule: In-person

What You’ll Do:
As an Assisted Living Care Coordinator, you’ll provide care and support in a cluster care setting—not one-on-one private duty. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assist residents with:
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Light housekeeping and meal support
- Resident escorting within the facility
- Social engagement and companionship
What You Bring:
- Active NYS Home Health Aide Certificate (Required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Experience in Assisted Living is a plus, but not required

- Must be able to commute to Rye, NY (10580) – relocation before start preferred
