Location: Rye, NYSchedule: Full-time (some weekend/holiday flexibility required)Pay: $32.45- $38.15 Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am to 4PmJoin our award-winning senior living community and make a real difference every day! At The Osborn, you’ll be part of a collaborative Rehab team helping residents live as independently and safely as possible. What You’ll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments following the OT’s plan of care (therapeutic exercises, functional training, ADLs).Document treatment sessions and progress notes accurately and on time.Help supervise and direct Therapy Aides during resident care.Collaborate with the Rehab team, nursing, and physicians to support resident goals and safe discharge plans.Fit, adjust, and train residents on assistive devices (walkers, reachers, adaptive equipment) and check for safety and function.Safely transport residents to and from the Rehab department and throughout campus as needed.Follow all infection control practices, safety policies, and resident rights.Participate in in-services and ongoing education to keep your skills sharp.Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and team members—kindness and patience are a must.
