We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our high-performing Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center in Volusia County, Florida.

What You’ll Lead:
• Daily operations of a high-volume Orthopedic ASC
• Financial performance, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives
• Collaborative relationships with our orthopedic surgeons and clinical teams
• Safety, compliance, and accreditation standards
• A strong, patient-centered organizational culture
What we’re Looking For:
✔ 5 years of ASC or outpatient surgical leadership (orthopedics preferred)
✔ Solid financial acumen and operational expertise
✔ Strong communication and physician relationship skills
