The Original Mels is looking for experienced Cooks at our Placerville location. Applicants must be available to work weekends and nights. This is a high volume, fast paced restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and provides profitable opportunities for strong performers in an environment that is friendly and fun.

The Cook's duties include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging and garnishing the dishes. The Cook will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Salary : $19 - $23
