The Organic Maids is seeking highly experienced, motivated, and dependable professional cleaners to join our elite team. We have built our reputation on delivering gold-standard, non-toxic cleanings for over 14 years and expect our team to uphold the same level of excellence as we expand into Western North Carolina.
What We’re Looking For:
- Multiple years of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
- A strong work ethic and ability to self-manage
- Reliable transportation to and from client sites
- Willingness to exclusively use our eco-friendly products and techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to accept and apply feedback professionally
- Commitment to consistency, punctuality, and professionalism
Schedule:
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Weekend work opportunities if desired
