As a Physical Therapist at The Orchards at Redford, you will be responsible for:
Assessing and treating residents and patients with a wide range of medical conditions and injuries
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
Providing education and training to residents and their families on proper exercises, stretches, and self-care techniques
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Current Michigan Physical Therapy licensure
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
