Responsibilities:
Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents with various needs and abilities
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and interventions, including activities such as range of motion exercises, strength training, and functional activities
Utilize Net Health and PCC EMR's software to maintain accurate records and communicate with the multidisciplinary team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve goals and promote resident-centered care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
LTC/SNF experience (desirable)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes
