What are the responsibilities and job description for the DRR Lead Maintenance Technician position at the Orange County Rescue Mission?
The DRR Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing and coordinating general maintenance and repairs at Double R Ranch and on occasion across Orange County Rescue Mission campuses. This includes routine upkeep of buildings, systems, and equipment to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the facilities. The technician will troubleshoot issues, complete work orders, and oversee small-scale maintenance projects while supporting campus operations and maintaining a high standard of quality. Additionally, this role oversees janitorial duties along with the janitorial crew, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment. This role plays a critical part in preserving a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
This is a full-time role at our DRR Ranch location in 19292 El Toro Rd, Silverado, CA 92676.
This position has a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM
