Entry Level Social Work - Direct Support Professional

Our team of Direct Support Professionals:

• Work alongside clients with diagnosed developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries to navigate doctor’s appointments, run everyday errands, explore their community and its many resources.
• Support clients with maintaining & improving their hygiene, meal, and home-care routines.
• See clients one-on-one on a routine basis to establish trusting relationships that foster a collaborative approach to reaching their goals and exploring their hobbies.

• This role involves some planning, organization skills, email inbox upkeep, detail oriented data collection, utilization of Therap for daily tracking and billing.
• Use of personal vehicle is required with mileage reimbursement.

-Salary- $18.50 to $22.50/ Hour, Mileage Reimbursement, Matching 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision & Mental Health Benefits.
