We are expanding the commercial division at The Oppenheim Group and are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support deal execution from contract through closing. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate transactions, with direct involvement in managing escrow timelines, documentation, and communication across all parties. This is a hybrid role - primarily remote with some in-office days.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions from under contract through closing
- Collect and organize key deal details (purchase price, closing timelines, commission structure, representation)
- Coordinate with agents, escrow, and internal teams to ensure all required documents are completed and submitted
- Maintain and organize Google Drive property folders and transaction checklists
- Track and update transaction progress, including changes to closing dates, pricing, or commissions
- Assist with commission documentation, disbursement coordination, and referral agreements (CDAs)
- Ensure all required documents are completed and properly filed
- Communicate with relevant parties to confirm file completion and readiness for closing
- Support post-closing processes, including final documentation and file audits
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Highly organized with the ability to track documents, timelines, and communications
- Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Interest in real estate, brokerage operations, or transaction management
- Experience with Google Drive, document management, or real estate forms is a plus
Compensation
- Paid on a per-transaction basis: e.g., $300 - $600 per transaction
- Compensation varies based on deal volume and complexity
