Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage Toast POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring responsible serving practices are followed
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change
- Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations by providing prompt and professional service
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong food handling knowledge
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless order entry and payment processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
- Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $9.00 per hour
