About the Role: This Peer Support role will be primarily housed at a 24/7 Crisis Mental Health Unit, operating 365 days a year with possible visits in the community as part of a team. You’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting individuals at their highest point of need, offering hope and connection in some of their most challenging moments.

Job Details:
- Position: Full time
- Pay: Starting at $16.00 an hour.
- Schedule: Flexible – Shift options available.
- Location: Crisis Unit Travel within your local county
Entry-Level Candidates Welcome:
- Paid training provided
- Must have a willingness to share your lived experience in a supportive and recovery-focused way
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience:
- 6 consecutive months of work/volunteer experience; OR
- 12 months of work/volunteer experience in the past 3 years
- Certification:
- Required for CPS role: Valid PA CPS Certification (must provide documentation)
- CRS also welcomed
- Entry-level roles available – training provided!
- Recovery: Must have a mental health or substance use diagnosis and be in a stable place in your recovery
- Tech-Friendly: Able to use an electronic health record for documentation
- Transportation: Must have a Drivers license.
