Position Overview:
Clears and resets tables and maintains well-stocked workstations in accordance with Landmark Restaurants’ standards.
Responsibilities:
- Upholds company mission and philosophy.
- Clears and resets tables according to the restaurant’s guidelines, and keeps bus stations stocked with supplies.
- Communicates with Greeters and Servers to ensure efficient service and Guest satisfaction.
- Follows restaurant’s service standards when serving and assisting Guests, such as when refilling water glasses or clearing plates.
- Assists in keeping the restaurant clean throughout the shift.
- Works as a member of the restaurant team. Interacts with service staff in a positive manner. Assists others whenever needed.
- Maintains positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude toward Guests. Interacts with Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintains highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Follows Health Department standards for hygiene and safe food handling. Maintains current Food Handlers Permit.
- Works toward ensuring profitability by controlling waste and following security practices.
