About the Role

This hybrid role combines traditional Staffing Recruiter responsibilities with a rotating Onsite Representative assignment at a key client facility. Recruiters in this position will split their time between recruiting functions in the branch and providing direct onsite support to ensure daily workforce management, client satisfaction, and teammate engagement.

What You'll Do:

The role requires flexibility, strong recruiting skills, and the ability to be onsite at designated times, between 5 AM - 5 PM (M-F). A modified schedule will be in place to provide consistent client support every day.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Branch-Based):

• Be a recruiting rockstar! Match ideal candidates with perfect career fits for lasting success.
• Source top talent and build talent pipelines mainly in the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Conduct insightful interviews to assess skills and cultural fit for client needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients and teammates for mutual success.
  
• Maintain compliance with company policies, background checks, and employment laws.
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Support weekly payroll processing and ensure personnel records are accurate and up to date.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client, teammates, and branch operations. 
  

Onsite Client Support (Rotating Schedule):

• Provide onsite coverage to oversee check-ins, manage attendance, and ensure smooth shift starts.
• Communicate workforce updates, schedule changes, and performance challenges back to the branch operations team in real time.
• Conduct new hire check-ins, facilitate orientations, and participate in weekly client meetings to provide updates. 
• Support compliance by ensuring teammates understand policies, safety requirements, and client expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 Years of Experience: Thrive in a fast-paced environment like staffing, customer service, or similar. Bonus points for staffing experience or account management with a proven track record!
• Light Industrial Knowledge: Understand the world of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities (branch recruiting onsite client support).
• Willingness to be on a flexible schedule to ensure onsite needs are met.
• Tech Savvy: Work wonders with Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
• Communication Master: Clearly communicate with candidates and clients (in-person and over the phone).
• People Person: Build and maintain positive relationships – it's your superpower!
• Critical Thinking skills: Analyze and problem-solve to address staffing challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Adaptable: Embrace changing market conditions and client needs with a smile.
• Bilingual: Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally in both English and other languages is a plus!
