This full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role is located in Hialeah, FL. The Medical Assistant will support clinical staff by performing patient intake, recording vitals, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting physicians during examinations and procedures. Additional responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, handling medical supplies, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The candidate will also engage with patients to provide compassionate care and excellent service.
- Proficiency in vital sign measurement, patient intake, and medical record management
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and inventory of medical supplies
- Capability to assist in clinical procedures and provide direct support to physicians
- Knowledge of patient care protocols, documentation practices, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for compassionate patient care
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced healthcare environment
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent preferred
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
