Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant at The Oncology Institute, located in Las Vegas, NV. The Medical Assistant will support clinical workflows, assist in patient intake processes, update and manage medical records, and ensure smooth communication with the medical and administrative teams. Responsibilities also include preparing exam rooms, collecting patient history, taking vitals, assisting physicians during procedures, and maintaining equipment and supplies for optimal patient care delivery.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience with Medical Office operations and handling Medical Records
- Strong Patient Care skills, ensuring patient comfort and optimal experience
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, clinical setting in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in oncology or clinical settings is an advantage
