Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Service Worker located in Cleveland, OH. The Food Service Worker will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, and following food safety protocols. This role involves delivering excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and courteous interaction with customers and assisting with other food service-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage services
- Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and best practices
- Strong Customer Service skills, including interpersonal communication and teamwork
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Previous experience in a food service setting is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
