We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to individuals in their homes. As an In Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients who require assistance with daily living activities. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Duties:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients who may be dealing with dementia, developmental disabilities, or other health conditions.
- Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance within HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to our care standards.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with assisted living needs, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Requirements:
- Experience working in home care, assisted living, or a related field and empathetic nature, with a focus on providing exceptional care preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care and hospice care principles preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, Proof of Insurance is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a Pre-employment drug screen.
- Video Interview is required.
