Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to support our 55 team of agents with all aspects of the transaction process to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process, including the Contract, Mutual Release, Closing, and Post Closing Phases.
- Facilitate communication and documentation between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements, deadlines, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and review contracts, addendums, disclosures, and other transaction-related documents.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
- Utilize Google Suite tools (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) for efficient document management and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's Business Tracker and CRM systems (Follow-Up Boss, Zillow CRM).
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must have experience in real estate transaction coordination.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
- Background or knowledge of the real estate legal and mortgage industries.
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
Compensation
$50,000 , commensurate with experience.
